As an NNA Certified LSA, Kathleen provides professional signing services for purchases,  seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and other real estate loan packages. Each appointment is handled carefully and confidentially according to the instructions provided by the title company, lender, or signing service, with documents returned promptly and securely.

Secure Remote Online Notarization is available for eligible documents, allowing signers to appear by live audio-video communication without meeting in person. Pricing includes the notarial act and applicable secure-platform fees. Contact Kathleen for an exact quote before scheduling. Florida law requires Remote Online Notarization sessions to be audio-video recorded and retained in accordance with statutory requirements. Florida requires the recording and electronic journal to be maintained for at least ten years. 

Kathleen is a certified Notary Estate Planning Partner for documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documents.

Hospital, Rehabilitation and Senior-Living Appointments

Mobile notary appointments are available at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, assisted-living communities, hospice facilities and private residences throughout Northeast Florida. The signer must be alert, willing to sign and able to communicate their understanding of the document, and have acceptable identification. Please confirm any witness requirements before scheduling.

Hospital and care-facility appointments generally begin at $50, plus applicable notarial acts and additional travel or after-hours service. The complete price will be confirmed before the appointment.

We provide notary services for real estate transactions, including deeds, affidavits, and other documents related to real estate. 

Each notarial act is $10 as authorized by Florida law. An administrative/travel fee is also applied based on distance, time, and appointment type.

Travel fees are based on the actual round-trip distance from our Jacksonville starting location. Because some communities cover large areas, fees may vary within the same part of town. Your complete price will always be confirmed before booking.

Estate Planning signing appointments range from $100-$200 based on complexity, number of documents, and distance.

Apostille Facilitation

We assist with the administrative process of obtaining apostilles for eligible documents. Notary Across Borders does not issue apostilles; they are issued by the appropriate government authority. Pricing depends on the document, issuing jurisdiction, delivery method, and requested service.
