We offer remote online notarization services for those who cannot meet in person. Our notary can perform the notarization via video conference.  Pricing is similar to mobile notarization due to platform/equipment fees to use a state approved source.

Kathleen is a certified Notary Estate Planning Partner for documents such as wills, trusts, power of attorney and more.

We provide notary services for real estate transactions, including deeds, affidavits, and other documents related to real estate.

Each notarization is $10 per stamp/signature, as authorized by Florida law. A administration/travel Fee is also applied based on distance, time, and appointment type.

Estate Planning packages range from $100-$200 based on complexity and distance

The travel  fee is calculated at around $1.00 per mile round trip.

I specialize in General notary, Estate Planning documents, POA, Healthcare documents, RON and Apostille. I do not solumnise weddings any more.

We understand that notarization needs can arise at any time, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options for our notary services.
